Allegro image resizer
Allegro publishes its whole specification — this preset simply hits it.
- Resize to Allegro's published 2560 px maximum, so Allegro does not resample it for you
- Keep any aspect ratio you like — Allegro accepts all of them
- Export sRGB JPG, exactly what Allegro asks for
- Leave the gallery image free of the text and logos its rules prohibit

How to fit
Keeps the whole photo and fills the rest with a solid colour.
Format
JPG is accepted everywhere. WebP is smaller but not supported by every marketplace.
Background
Background colour
#FFFFFFEnlarge small photos
A photo smaller than the size your platforms ask for is enlarged first, so it comes out at full marketplace size instead of shrinking to fit.
Auto-frame the product
Every photo comes out with the item centred and the same breathing room around it, however differently they were shot.

100% in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Processing happens on your device, and re-saving each photo removes GPS and camera metadata automatically.
Allegro photo requirements
Every figure here is from Allegro's own rules for photos in the gallery and description, read in full on 2 August 2026. Two things that page does not say, which people assume anyway: there is no megabyte limit, and there is no white background requirement — Allegro's wording is that you may use any background colour, as long as the photo shows the product accurately. The white padding here is our neutral default, and you can change it.
How to resize photos for Allegro
1Add the offer's photos
Up to 50 at once, HEIC included. Ten is what a private account attaches to one offer, sixteen on a business account.
2Leave the long edge at 2560
That is Allegro's ceiling, and landing exactly on it means the file goes up untouched. Anything larger is downscaled by Allegro during upload.
3Check for text before you upload
Gallery images cannot carry your logo, shop name or promotional text. Move that material to the description images, where it is allowed.
Allegro is the rare marketplace that documents everything and keeps the page current. The longer side must be at least 500 pixels. The ceiling is 2560 × 2560 within 26 megapixels, and Allegro states plainly that a photo with a side longer than 2560 is scaled down proportionally on its servers. Any aspect ratio is accepted — its own wording is a rectangle of any proportions, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9 or another. Files are JPG, JPEG or PNG, with WEBP added only if you list through the API or from a file.
That downscaling line is why this preset targets 2560 rather than something rounder. Upload a 4000-pixel photo and Allegro resamples it with its settings; arrive already at 2560 and the file buyers see is the file you made. The one number Allegro does not publish is a megabyte cap — the pixel and megapixel limits are the real constraints, so there is no file size to compress down to here and this preset does not invent one.
The rule that actually costs people listings is about content rather than size: you may not place text or logos on gallery images. The exceptions are narrow and all of them are about the product itself — text physically printed on the packaging, the manufacturer's logo on a genuine item, dimensions, colour names, certificates. Your shop name, a price flash or a delivery banner is not among them. Watermarks and comparison charts belong in the description images, which are a different part of the offer with different rules. Selling on OLX as well? Pick both in the picker above and each gets its own output in one pass.
