Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

If you buy Pro and it is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content can be waived once delivery begins. We do not rely on that: the 14-day refund is offered voluntarily, and asking for it is not an inconvenience.

How to request one

Send an email to the address below from the address you used at checkout, or include the order reference from your receipt. That is all we need.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued through WayForPay to the card used for the purchase. We start the refund within two business days of your request. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank, and usually takes between three and ten business days.

You will not be charged a fee for a refund, and the amount returned is the full amount you paid.

After a refund

The Pro licence stops being valid and Pro features return to their free limits. The free tools continue to work exactly as before — a refund does not remove access to anything that was free.

Credit packs

The same 14 days apply to a pack of HD credits, with one difference we would rather state than hide: credits you have already spent bought work that was really done, on a provider we really paid, so a refund covers the credits still unused at the time you ask. If you have used none of them, that is the whole pack.

Ask the same way — an email with the order reference. Refunded credits are removed from the balance the key points at, and the free background remover in the tool keeps working as it always did.

If something went wrong with a payment

If you were charged but Pro did not activate, do not buy it a second time. Write to us with the order reference and we will either activate it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
